Personal Commissions Terms of Service:

Purchasing a commission you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.1. ALL PERSONAL COMMISSIONS WILL BE HANDLED ON A "FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED" BASIS.2. I work with full prepayments via PayPal, or Stripe.3. Depending on the complexity of the project, my usual deadline for finished work is 1-2 months but most of time I provide results much faster. Despite my best intentions, there is the human life factor, so in case something unplanned happens I'll contact you.4. I will not start working on a commission before receiving full payment (see THE PROCESS).5. All commission works are digital products. As result you'll receive high-res and web version of your final picture.6. I take right to not accept your commission inquiry on personal reasons. Any commision based on any A.I. generated reference or subject WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.7. I have full right to post finished art on my pages unless we're agreed it to be private which will cost extra.8. You're free to post finished art on any of your pages, crop it for posts or share somewhere. But don't forget to give me credit and include link to any of my galleries.9. Copyright of the final image will remain in my posession. That means you'll have Noncommercial use only - such as uploading on socials, using as avatar, printing for personal use or gift for friends. If you want copyright control — please contact me for a PROFESSIONAL COMMISSION.10. I retain the right to upload the finished art to my galleries, use it for portfolio purposes or potentially include in promotions. Finished pictures aren't going to be reused in any term, meaning I won't be recoloring or changing them after you receive final version.REFUNDS:1. I have the right to cancel the commission before the payment was received.
2. You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment is received.
3. After payment is done refunds are unavailable.
THE PROCESS:1. As the patron, it’s your responsibility to communicate your desires and details for the artwork to exhibit, and provide clear and understandable visual reference and instructions.2. As the artist I remain right for some artistic freedom in term of general style and slightly adjusting colors for better fit. Important details are going to be unchanged such as design, patterns, body type.3. Please tell me specific details beforehand! For example if you plan to print a poster or convention banner (or similar cases), I'll need canvas sizes and formats to insure my art will work with those situations.4. I ALWAY SEND SKETCHES FOR APPROVAL BEFORE FINISHING IT.
You may ask for any minor changes during that. if I do not receive a response, I will assume my sketch is approved as-is and I reserve the right to continue the process as-is.
I WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE STARTING THE FINAL ART PROCESS.
Making changes after the artwork is finished will require extra time and additional fees, so it’s recommended that you communicate any minor changes you desire before I begin the final art process.
5. In case something is missing/forgotten on latest stages of work (patterns, markings,
accessories) this will have no extra fee if it was originally on reference picture(s). Any other corrections gonna have their specific pricing.
PLEASE NOTE:A. If my sketch got rejected by you, I keep the right for modifying it and reusing it with different character.B. After work is finished you'll receive high-res and web view versions of art. On social media it's best to upload web one.
